10km Running Pace Chart

Use this 10k pace chart to see what pace you need to average to reach your goal time, or use it to predict what time you might be able to run based on your training paces.
Paces are time per mile and per kilometre, so 9:01 per mile means nine minutes and one second for each mile. That’s the average pace you need to run for the whole race.
