Official Partnership Announcement

We’re really excited to announce that we’ve joined forces with Garmin as an Official Partner of The Running Channel. We’re a small team of people passionate about running and helping runners all over the world get the most out of their running. To help us do so, we’ll work with carefully selected partners who share our vision and who can support us to continue creating exciting free video content.

It’s important to us that we only work with partners whose products we believe in and that we would consider purchasing and using in our own running lives. Throughout all our conversations with the Garmin team, their passion and excitement for running and the outdoors has shone through.

“We’re delighted to partner with The Running Channel and the amazing team behind it.  As a business with a passion for running at our core, and a goal to get more people living an active lifestyle, it was an easy decision for us to make. We love the brilliant content and sense of community that brings runners of all abilities and ages from around the world together, and we hope we can play a small part in keeping that going.” –  Theo Axford, Head of Marketing, Garmin.

The partnership, which will run for the remainder of 2020 and throughout 2021, gives us the chance to make even more exciting videos. The trust and feedback from our viewers are incredibly important and we have developed a clear editorial policy for the way we create our videos – you can read more here.

“We’re committed to creating the best possible videos for runners everywhere, so the opportunity to work with a true market leader in Garmin is a fantastic fit for us. To see first hand that they understand what we’re trying to do and wanted to support us and our amazing community has been really positive.” – Andy Baddeley, The Running Channel
