What Does It Take To Break A 100km Running World Record? | The Life Of A Pro Ultra Runner

What does it take to prepare to break a 100km running record? What do professional ultra runners do in a day? What does their weekly training look like?

We spent the day with HOKA ONE ONE athlete Carla Molinaro to find out! Carla broke the female record for running the length of Britain from Land’s End to John O’Groats, 874 miles, in 12 days, 30 minutes and 14 seconds in 2020 and now she’s back to take on 100km in 7 hours!

Follow a day in the life of Carla, from what she eats to how she trains and recovers, as she builds up to Hoka One One’s Project Carbon X 2 in Phoenix, Arizona.
