As part of our series discovering the ultimate running destinations in the world, we’ve been to check out what it’s like running in the trails of north Wales. Coed y Brenin is a forest in the Snowdonia National Park, North Wales near Dolgellau. As well as runners, it’s popular with mountain bikers because of its’ amazing trails and hiking paths. We are so lucky that our hobby lets us run in some of the most stunning scenery there is!
