2020 has already seen some incredible developments within the technology and design of running shoes and Mizuno has caught our eyes with their newly developed Enerzy technology – aiming to optimise energy return within running shoes with their unique cushioning and bouncy soles, as showcased in their VERY strange looking concept shoe.
