How Much Can I Improve My 10k Time In 12 Weeks?

Anna is back racing 10k for the first time after giving birth to baby Aoife.

Exactly one year ago she ran this same race. Back then she was 23 weeks pregnant and now, with a seven-month-old, she is back and trying to beat her previous time. She’s been training for 12 weeks and is working on PBPBs – that’s Post-Baby Personal Bests.

Here’s how Anna got on one year ago.
