Running uphill isn’t easy. In fact, most of us runners avoid hills at any cost! But they’re great training for running faster on the flat and if you do it properly, you can reap huge benefits over your fellow competitors at races as you ease past them on the inclines.
We’ve enlisted the help of Olympic silver medalist, adventure runner and duathlete Emma Pooley to put us through our paces on the amazing hills in Arosa, in the beautiful Swiss Alps not far from where Emma now lives.
