I RUN ON | Watch This For Ultimate Running MOTIVATION

Lockdown has been a strange experience for runners, whether you are unmotivated, unable to get out of the house, or feeling lonely, remember we are all in this together.

The Running Channel are here to give you that boost of motivation and hope that we have all craving, with an ULTIMATE running motivation video!

Having that end goal in sight is what will push us to keep going! Whether you’re missing parkrun, your running buddies or being outdoors, this will pass and we will all be together again. Until then, we run on!
