Our resident physiotherapist, Manni Ovola is here to guide you through a really simple session that will help to strengthen all of the muscles you need to avoid picking up the dreaded runner’s knee, or IT Band Syndrome.
Try and weave this into your schedule once a week if you can – it’ll take you 10 minutes, but could save you a lot of time sitting out on the sidelines! It’s called ‘prehab’!
