Are You Training TOO HARD? | Signs Of Overtraining & How It Can Affect YOUR Running

Do you keep getting injured? Are you tired all the time and lacking motivation? These could be signs that you’re overtraining.

Overtraining is quite a complex issue and will present itself in many different ways – from injury and fatigue, weight loss, picking up illnesses or infections, lack of sleep and changes in mood. If you are training too hard it’s likely you’ll be experiencing more than one of these symptoms.

In this video Rick and The Running Channel’s resident Physiotherapist, Manni Ovola, discuss what overtraining is, how to spot it and what you can do to avoid it.
