Rick is gearing up to run his first half marathon after a huge knee injury and being told he would never run again. But despite all the odds being against him, he is back running, and not only that, Rick has run his all time personal best for 5k this year. So now he’s upping the stakes and seeing if he can tackle a half marathon again. Sarah has come along to help and is putting Rick through his paces by using one of her favourite workouts.
