Going for a run is the ultimate me-time, a chance to escape the outside world and be alone with your thoughts. But your mind can (literally) run away with you and the little white lies start to form in your head.
We all have the best intentions but sometimes the lies can start to slip through the cracks. You’re telling yourself that it is not long left to go, you are really enjoying this hill session, I’m definitely going to stretch after this, but is any of it true?
