Our resident physiotherapist, Manni Ovola is back to take you through a really simple follow-along session to do after every run.

Try and weave this into your schedule if you can – it’ll take you 5 minutes, but could save you a lot of time sitting out on the sidelines! It’s called ‘prehab’!
